A Daily Essay

I have always been drawn to the Thomas Jefferson way of learning but have never successfully been able to make it happen in our home. But I came across this post where a mom tweaked the formula that makes feel a little less pressure in doing it “right”.
“When I look at my own learning process I can see how I do this, albeit on a rather reduced volume. My formula looks more like this: Read + Discuss + Experiment + Write + Reflect = one iteration of learning. Repeat iterations as often as required.”

Maybe one of these days I will be able to make this happen for me. I really feel the pull to get back into journaling and recording my thoughts. Maybe I can start again this winter.
