This is my online journal/commonplace book. I use to post things that interest me or things that I want to keep track of and go back read at another time. I am an "Infojunkie" (as my mother loving dubbed me), and this blog allows me to have an outlet for my infojunkie ways. :o)
Yes, I think they are the same. Which is good b/c I think I lost the recipe and have been craving this dish for sometime. I am looking forward to trying the idea in the muffin tins.
Well, we tried them out today .... definitely a hit with the kids. They loved that they were muffin shaped instead of pancake shaped, lol, whatever it takes to make breakfast fun, right, rofl.
Oh, thanks again for inviting me to the movie last night - it was soooooo much fun to have a girls night .... we should do that more often. ˚Ü˚

Baking them in muffin pans is a brilliant idea - I can definitely see making these for breakfast on Sunday mornings. ˚Ü˚
